The tubes welded into the cross bar are stainless,
so can be polished and masked before powder coating,
so once done they will really pop..

So You spent a lot of money on my pipe,, and then You go to fit it and the OEM clamps are just crap.

We got hold of some surgical grade stainless,, this stuff is awesome, will polish up like chrome BUT wont ever chip, crack, peel off or rust !!

So RBCW made exhaust clamps for Harleys, these are a direct replacement but made from the best grade stainless i can get and a few extra doodabs on them to look cool.

Better pix later, but for now heres an iphone shot,, the one on the right is polished, all the others are straight off the mill…

As with all our other covers, these are 7075 and come with stainless bolt kits etc.

Also contrast cut black or red anodised ( can also do blue and other colors )

been wanting to get these made for ages but programming the full logo has taken longer than i figured.

Also, now that i have the Rocket design of timing cover on the machines, i can offer custom milled club names etc and one offs are no problem,, no minimum order.. so any text can be run off.. however its no good if you are “Mesopotamia Harley Davidson Motorcycle Club”! as space is limited obviously,, so also thickness and spacing of text is dependant on length needed. However i have milled up a cover using very thin text to give you an idea of what we can do.

So no minimum order, however if you wanted contrast cut anodised then there is a minimum charge for anodising so it would be way more expensive and youd be better off with a larger quantity run off…
